Yes. we require minimum 5 people to provide a private class booking online or in person.
CAN I BOOK A CLASS ON A DIFFERENT DATE & TIME?
Yes. If you'd like to book a different slot, please send us an email to discuss your options.
CAN I BOOK A CLASS AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. If you have a large birthday or hen party happening in Brighton & Hove, we can come to you.
CAN WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering by 1st class post, including personalised products made to order.
If you are in a hurry, please select Next Day delivery service and we'll prioritise your order.
International orders are also sent using Royal Mail, delivery times will vary per country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to notify us and return the item in its original packaging and you will then receive a refund minus the shipping cost. Please do let us know if you would like a replacement before posting it back to us.
Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.All orders are carefully packaged, however in the unlikely event of something arriving broken we will of course replace free of charge.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations on workshops need to be notified 14 days before the date of your booking as we need to purchase materials and prepare our lessons in advance. Cancellations made 7 days before your workshop will receive 50% refund. If you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to try to reschedule your class. We're offering free extensions of our classes to allow all our customers to enjoy their experience when the next 9 months, subject to availability.
